Clients bring their selections, drawings, or direction, and we focus on executing the work properly. Our role is to build, install, and finish the work to a high standard—not to upsell or redesign mid-project.
You deal directly with a single point of contact - the person responsible for the work. Questions are addressed quickly, decisions are handled efficiently, and nothing gets lost between layers of management.
We book a limitted volume of work at a time, so we aren't spread too thin. We show up when we say we will, and when schedules change, we communicate early and clearly so there are no last-minute issues.
We respect that we’re working in an occupied home. Job sites are kept organized, work is sequenced thoughtfully, and details are completed properly before moving on.
We start by reviewing the scope of work, existing conditions, and any constraints. This step is about understanding what needs to be built or installed, confirming access and timing, and making sure the project is a good fit.
Based on our site review, we provide a clear project proposal that includes an all-inclusive scope of work, straightforward pricing, and a realistic schedule. If you need some help with product and finish selections, we include allowances in our proposal, and refer you to our favourite suppliers.
Work is completed carefully and methodically. Communication stays direct, the site is kept organized, and the project is reviewed at completion to ensure everything has been executed as agreed. We stand by our work, and our client relationships, and ensure that you're happy with your space for the long run.
